Who: The Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MiHR) is an independent, non-profit organization that leads collaboration among mining and exploration companies, organized labour, contractors, educational institutions, industry associations and Indigenous groups to identify and address the human resource and labour market challenges facing the Canadian minerals and metals sector.
How: When the Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MiHR) came to Baytek for a complete overhaul of their web presence, we immediately knew it would be a good fit. At the kick-off meeting we went through a series of exercises to determine the users of the website, and what content they would need to see. We set about creating a very eye-popping yet professional design, all based around their angular brand guidelines. We started out by mapping out what this would look like, working on prototypes for the system. In the end we delivered a website design and development with over 700 pages and documents.
