Who: Established in 2005, Critical Care Services Ontario (CCSO) is the managing body responsible for the overall program implementation of initiatives of the Critical Care Strategy. Its work is the result of an ongoing collaboration between critical care health care providers, hospital administrators, officials from the Ministry of Health and other health system partners.
How: CCSO approached Baytek for a complete refresh of their website presence. With multiple stakeholders involved, it was important to get everyone’s perspective to ensure we delivered an engaging website experience for all users. We set up interviews and sessions, all of which culminated in the discovery document. This blueprint enabled our website design team to put themselves in the minds of the users and create a beautiful, yet functioning website.
