Designing and building a seamless platform for managing employee benefits
HealthPlus is a Private Health Services Plan (PHSP) – a way for business owners to save on income tax, providing up to 100% reimbursement for Health, Dental and Vision care related expenses. CapCorp (HealthPlus’ parent company) hired Baytek to refresh the brand, design the website and develop a claims management platform from the ground-up.

The benefits of design
The logo mark was created from the combination of a stylized shield and a plus symbol. The shield represents protection, safeguarding & insurance which is ultimately what the plan is trying to do – cover all members for their health, dental and vision needs. The shield is designed in a way to show speed and dynamism. The plus symbol has a twofold meaning – as well as representing the plus from HealthPlus, it also has obvious relation to the health and medical sector.
Claims Management Platform
As well as creating a beautiful web design, our development team created a custom claims management platform that allows HR staff and admin to submit claims on an employee’s behalf. This includes uploading claim information and images of receipts. This robust platform is integrated with WordPress for a seamless back-end experience for our client.
