Established in 1994, Magenta Capital Corporation (MCC) is one of Canada’s oldest and largest Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) managers with current mortgage assets under administration exceeding $296 million. Baytek refreshed their online presence, with both a new public facing website and a portal for brokers.

Magenta is an innovative investment corporation that is always on the leading edge – as such they needed a website that truly represents that mantra. In our key messaging session it was quickly realized what set them apart from the competition, and their longevity is a testament to that. The website focuses on getting those key messages across in a calm manner, with plenty of white space and subtle imagery.
Being resourceful
As part of the new website, Baytek designed and developed a platform for Magenta to help better serve their broker partners. The platform included the latest news and resources for brokers, as well as relevant contact information based on region.
