Why we start with an assessment

We don’t take over websites as they are and hope for the best.

Before we can stand behind our work and take responsibility for stability, security, and reliability, we need a clear understanding of how your systems are put together today.

What we look at

  • WordPress core, plugin, and theme health
  • Security, performance, and hosting environment
  • DNS and infrastructure setup
  • Code quality and technical debt
  • Immediate risks vs long-term concerns

Cost & expectations

A Technical Assessment is a paid, one-time fee of $500*.

This work takes time from senior members of our team. It allows us to understand what’s involved in bringing your systems up to a standard we’re comfortable supporting.

We’ll always start with a conversation. If it’s clear early on that we’re not a good fit, we won’t push you into an assessment.

* Will be applied as a credit to your plan.
