The Situation

As the Code prepared to come into force, the organization needed more than a public website. It required a secure system to support how the Code actually works in practice.

Members needed a way to:

Off-the-shelf association platforms were either too rigid, too bloated, or poorly designed — and none aligned with the organization’s unique governance model.
